Who we are

After years of working with youth across various organisations, Jinibara Elder Aunty Rhonda Sandow decided to start her own business, working towards her dream to build a transition centre for youth re-entering the community after their time in institutions.

Having worked together to build Jinibara aspirations over a number of years, Emily joined with Aunty Rhonda in 2025 to develop mentorship programs, cultural awareness and organisation development systems to enable anyone wanting to work together with a positive vision for future generations.

Mawanga Muru pty ltd was designed to re-imagine systems, communities and organisations where people work together for their mob, the community and for the young people of the future.
